I can't add juries

If you see a yellow warning saying that you can't add juries, ask the RoESC owner to go to the RoESC management page (for example https://vote.gabys.xyz/manage/gesc), then go to the Settings tab and select a Discord server for their RoESC, and finally invite the Online Voting bot to that server.
